I'm really getting tired of hearing people refer to people who cross into America without proper authorization as illegal immigrants or worse, illegal aliens. These references are not only improper, but insulting. I would like to see them referred to as "undocumented Democrats". -Dennis Wuerth, Malo "It's was a joke" -DW
"The trouble with quotes on the Internet is that it is difficult to find out if they are legitimate"-Abraham Lincoln
I once sent a picture like this to the code enforcement officer of Cheney. He apologized and admitted it was a regular thing. They were cleaned up but my suggestion to post notes on folks doors never made it so it's been going on ever since. Don''t get me wrong. I know it happens in just about every large city in America. The difference here is that we can generally tell who did it because they do it in the sun of day. Whatever cooks your pancake.....no that's wrong...well, as Jerry Schmidt used to say "Ya'll want some cowboy coffee?"

The one we’ve all been waiting for is finally here.
Hawks fans, Niners fans and almost anyone even remotely interested in NFL football circled Sunday night’s battle in Seattle since the NFL released its schedule in April. Judging by the coverage leading up to this tilt, it might be the most-hyped regular season game in Seahawks history. The two teams (and cities) don’t like each other. What used to be a lowly matchup of NFC West also-rans has grown into the best rivalry in the NFL as each team has risen to prominence. This 29th all-time meeting between the two will break the current 14-14 tie.

Montana's general wolf season opens Sunday with much looser rules than in past years, as state wildlife officials ramp up efforts to reduce the predators' population in response to public pressure over livestock attacks and declines in some elk herds.
Lower license fees, a five-wolf per person bag limit and a longer season top the list of changes put in place for the 2012-2013 season.

who along with me, don't need your burgers that much.
We would much rather you save our wolves...

Generally speaking it is ranchers and farmers who want the wolves dead. It isn't just about money. Its also about macho...manhood...the art of killing....something I was never good at and don't want to be challenged at because I do protect my wife and my family as well as my body and would probably hit...but wolves. Books are written. Legislation is heavy with tough language is states such as Montana where this article speaks. Since the Missoulan is getting too tough about reading even an educational fair use part of the story without dunning us for money...well wait...they are going broke. Why? Because folks don't care much any more. Sad but true...And to think big city papers are going under. They put us photographers out of work first off. Some of us got notice the day we walked in with coffee ready to hit the bricks...boom. No job. Pulitzer winners? ooops no jobs... give an iPhone to the reporters....save money. Crappy photos...its a terrible story.

KALISPEL, Mont. -- A woman accused of pushing her newlywed husband off a cliff in Glacier National Park was released from jail.

A judge replaced Jordan Graham’s jail time with house arrest.  The judge said the prosecutors did not have a good enough reason why she needed to be held without a formal charge against her.  He added there was no way of knowing if the killing of Graham’s husband, Cody Johnson, was pre-meditated or even just an accident.
