So big money has purchased small minds. I don't mean to disqualify by word those who cannot figure out what is happening in the extremely faced paced world. I do give you credit for staying at least one step ahead, even if off track a bit.
Many will remember the newsletters I put up at Malo Store when Pete Warner owned it and at the Curlew Store in the 1980's and early 1990's when we first entered Iraq in Desert Storm. Only a few read those but they continued in fulfilling a promise I had made to God, to continue healing me as I wrote those things which he told me to do.
As I recollect there were some words written there which sounded unusual, especially for 1989-90. Why would a sane man call petroleum the "AntiChrist"? The answer was simple. It met all standards. It was made up of 6 protons, 6 electrons and 6 nutrons. All carbon based things were made of it.....hence the "name of man". In order to be true to the Bible, we had to treat our bodies as the temples of God and we were also responsible or caretakers of the earth on which we lived. Burning hydrocarbons helped in destroying both land and sea and oxygen killed by death of trees in the Amazon and death of the coral reefs all due to pollution.
Some, including I say...look now, it is too late. The weather has changed. Storms increase in number and intensity. People have ruined the temple both in body and in conservation.
I was a Cub Scout, Boy Scout, Explorer, Jr NRA, NRA, US Army and proud of my country. Now you will never know what your eating in my own home state. Shame. You let the super rich, the Bilderbergers, the Rockefellers etc...win...you will have several more chances....but please, be aware of what you are doing.

@RonRattray
One thing which has been compellingly good since we started in 1992 was our quality of photographs. I was the only one working prior, both for newspapers and as a stringer. Back in the 1980's a stringer wasn't just getting digital because there was no digital. It was totally immersion in the darkroom from developing the film, to developing, washing and during the prints then mounting them using a good mounting press...film, chems, paper and assorted things to put a print in a frame is what defined a real pro...

A Washington state ballot measure requiring mandatory labeling of genetically engineered foods is failing in early returns. The campaign over Initiative 522 has been one of the costliest initiative fights in state history, drawing millions of dollars from out of state.

The money spent on Initiative 522 was more than any other in any election of the proud state of Washington. Unfortunately the very biggest part of the money came from outside the state. This wasn't a true state initiative...this was invited in by big big business. Big businessmen from outside our proud state told you lies and you believed them. Maybe you thought it was those hippies who shut down the mill so you say or the ones who are always trying to close mines. Well I'm sure your wrong. I know those people and no matter what they voted, it was your neighbor who doesn't understand.

(Olympia)— Every year children and adults are forcibly abducted or become missing for various reasons. These situations make the family and friends feel helpless creating an unbelievable amount of stress. Rapid notification to a large number of people is important for a safe recovery.
In the latest edition of our “Good to Know” series, Trooper Guy Gill explains the two systems we have in Washington, AMBER Alert and Endangered or Missing Person Advisory (EMPA).
The Washington State Patrol video can be viewed here.
Both alert systems are designed to form a partnership between law enforcement and the public. The goal is to quickly find our loved ones who have been abducted or gone missing. Your decision to receive these alerts could make all the difference in the world to a grieving family. If it was your loved one, how many sets of eyes would you want searching?
New Zealand revisited.....some real good enjoyment has also transferred into actions by other photographer who now want to go to New Zealand...not to jump although some say maybe, but to enjoy the geology and come to learn something. That's what teaching is all about..teaching out kids.....
