Dynasty" is getting some support from some well-known followers, after
he was suspended from the series indefinitely for making disparaging
remarks about gays.
A&E, which
carries the show, announced yesterday what it called a "hiatus" for Phil
Robertson after his comments in the January edition of GQ magazine. In
the interview, he was asked his definition of sinful behavior, and he
said, "Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there,"
with behavior such as bestiality.
On
her Facebook page today, Sarah Palin has a picture of herself with the
reality show clan, and the message, "Free speech is an endangered
species." Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal issued a statement saying, "It's a
messed-up situation when Miley Cyrus gets a laugh, and Phil Robertson
gets suspended." The reality show is filmed in Louisiana.

Thankfully no injuries after a robbery at the 7/11 in Trail Thursday morning.. According to Sergeant Rob Hawton the lone suspect wielded a knife and
obtained cash, he was then arrested by police outside the convenience
store.
Once in custody he was taken to hospital and treated after police suspected he ingested a large quantity of drugs.
Hawton says the man is not from the local area
