Pacific NW News Service

With the judge's ruling, a state police cruiser parked outside her home drove away.

The girl/nurse defied orders and rode her bike, not once but more than once. She won out. The judge made a ruling not only easing his first ruling but saying that people were acting out of fear and that she was thanked for her service in Africa. Sanity.--------also a police killer in Pennsylvania is caught after 40 plus days and millions of dollars to find him. He is in the handcuffs of the policeman he killed and sitting in the same jail as the incident happened. He will have a long time to think..

Studded tires are legal again November 1 in Oregon and Washington. There are many people who feel they damage the highways. I am one of those people. If you could hear the inflection when I said that. Or the laugh and chuckle. It's like being on a roller coaster driving in here from Cheney to Spokane. Even coming through Cheney it's terrible especially at the lights and I'm telling you they're never never gonna fix it and they're never going to put in a crosswalk to Bimart and people are going to get hurt and people might die.The state has A windfall now or this marijuana tax to be able to put it in places where it's needed. Safe areas for handicap people like myself. Places to cross four and 6 Lane Hwy. without having to run and dodge cars. People know that I call the city and they've asked many times please have them put in a crosswalk. I told him I thought the State has a say so because it's a state route. I assume that to be so.

"My name is Roger. I own 250,000 acres. I have 1,000 head of cattle and they call my place The Jolly Roger."
The second Texan says, "My name is John. I own 350,000 acres. I have 5,000 head of cattle and they call my place Big John's."
They both look down at the little old Jewish man who says, "My name is Irving and I own only 300 acres."
Roger looks down at him and says, "300 Acres? What do you raise?"
"Nothing," says Irving.
"Well then, what do you call it?" asked John.
"Downtown Dallas ".

A portion of a Columbian mammoth skull and tusks have been uncovered in southeastern Idaho, and experts say a rare entire skeleton might buried there.
