“Virgin Mother of the divine offspring, through your Son, your only child who stooped to become brother of humankind, you are the true mother of us all. Be for me for all eternity my cherished mother, tenderly caring for me throughout my earthly life, and enfolding me in your arms at the hour of my death.”

Authorities asked the public on Tuesday to keep an eye out for a repeat runaway from Cheney who may be in need of medication.
Jacquelynne Rose Doucette, 15, left her Cheney home on Thanksgiving.
She was last spotted by security cameras on Friday visiting a Cheney area arcade around 11:00 a.m. Police also received tips that she may have been seen in Airway Heights to same day asking for money.
Cheney officers said Doucette has developmental limitations, emotional disabilities and she takes medication to address her issues. She has not had the medications since leaving home according to police.

Scientists say there is "overwhelming evidence" that a skeleton found under a parking lot is that of England's King Richard III, but their DNA testing also has raised questions about the nobility of some of his royal successors.
The bones of the 15th-century king were dug up in the city of Leicester in 2012, and experts have published initial data suggesting they belong to Richard, including an analysis of his curved spine and the injuries that killed him.

The Duwamish River in Seattle has been what industry likes to call a “working” stream for nearly 100 years. It has been overworked but is finally going to get a cleanup in a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency plan released Tuesday.
The EPA announced a more ambitious plan for the Superfund site that will involve dredging 960,000 cubic yards of sediments from 177 acres of riverbed, with 24 acres to be capped with “clean” sediment.
“This is a huge day for Seattle’s only river, and for the people of Seattle,” said Mayor Ed Murray.
