Kathy Meader has arrived in Spring, so temperatures are somewhat comparable to ours in the Pacific Northwest. She will be hiking and visiting active volcanoes. Harmony Aquarian who lives waay down south is still in winter by feel, spring by good wish. Harmony is a Toledo, Ohio transplant. Another friend Janice Dunn, photographer lives i downtown Auckland.

Kathy's ride was marked by a lost guide if all things. Kathy was a bit worried when he called up a GPS map on his cell phone. Her horse was a bit jumpy and almost tossed her, when not knock her head into branches. Volcanoes coming soon. I hope she finds another guide. Oh! The beach is called Maori Beach after the true natives of the islands.
